Rafael Guedes

Rafael Guedes is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical and managerial roles across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Solutions Architect at Wabtec Corporation, Rafael specializes in developing AIM Rail Dispatch System-based solutions for Surface Transportation clients in North America. Prior to this role, Rafael co-founded Eleva Tecnologia da Informação e Sistemas, focusing on creating commercial proposals and managing technical and business aspects of projects. Rafael’s experience also includes a position as Technical Program Manager at McGraw Hill, managing software integration projects, and several roles at Anglo American, including SAP S/4HANA Data Migration Project Manager. Rafael holds a Master’s degree in Information Systems and Knowledge Management, as well as certifications in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences.
