Margo Kodroff

Margo Kodroff currently serves as the Manager of Pension, Benefit Strategy and Compliance at Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz. With a background in managing benefit programs for various companies such as Macquarie Group, Commerzbank AG, City National Bank, Federated Investors, and MMC&P, Margo has a wealth of experience in overseeing retirement plans, health & welfare plans, and other benefit programs. Margo holds a BS in Business Administration and Mathematics from Bucknell University, as well as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist certification and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Rutgers University.
