Eloize Ridgeway

Eloize Ridgeway currently serves as the Health, Safety and Access Manager at Waddesdon – A Rothschild House & Gardens since May 2018, having previously held the position of Health And Safety Coordinator where responsibilities included coordinating health and safety across the estate. Eloize has a background in customer service from Elavation Platforms & Training as a Hire Controller and Service Assistant, and experience in health and safety from a role at Lancaster Volkswagen. Eloize's earlier career includes positions at Bletchley Park Trust, transitioning from an Apprentice Business Administrator to a Learning and Collections Assistant, with responsibilities in digitization and exhibit preparation. Eloize has also participated in the film industry as a supporting artist, appearing in productions such as The Imitation Game and The Bletchley Circle. Education was completed at Ousedale School from 2007 to 2012.
