Pramod then became a crucial member of the early team at Wadhwani AI in 2018, where they held the roles of HR Business Partner and Lead - Talent and HR Operations. Their responsibilities include building a top-notch team and nurturing organizational culture and policies for AI for Social Good.

Pramod Prabhakar has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) degree in International Business from the University of Mysore. In 2014, they obtained a certification in "Discover New Avenues" from the Confederation of Indian Industry.
