Arya Shikha is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in soft skills training and human resources. Currently serving as a Faculty at Wadhwani Foundation since March 2024, Arya previously worked as a Human Resources Executive at KVP Business Solutions Pvt Ltd, where responsibilities included delivering soft skills training and managing recruitment processes. As a freelancer from January 2019 to February 2024, Arya specialized in soft skills training for young individuals, focusing on key areas such as communication, leadership, and interview techniques. Additionally, a Trainer at Inzpira from May 2022 to August 2023, Arya conducted virtual training sessions worldwide, covering topics like business English and IELTS preparation. Arya holds a Master of Engineering in Building Construction Technology from N M A M Institute of Technology, NITTE, and has attended Visvesvaraya Technological University.
