Marcela Naves Costa Ribeiro

Marcela Naves Costa Ribeiro, PhD is the Training Program Manager at Wadhwani Foundation for the LATAM region. Marcela is responsible for managing the Ignite Entrepreneurship Program, which provides over 500 hours of content, live learning labs, and personalized sessions with mentors and experts. Marcela also serves as a Master Trainer, overseeing the development and implementation of the Instructors Development Program for Entrepreneur Initiative and Opportunity Initiative. With a background in project management, business administration, and entrepreneurship, Marcela has taught at various universities and worked in roles such as MBA Professor, E-learning Faculty, and College Professor. Marcela holds a PhD in Business Administration and Management, a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation, and multiple other degrees and certifications in related fields.
