Ahmed Eid

Director, Head of the Audit Committee. Egyptian National. Representing the Horus Food and Agribusiness Limited Partnership (Horus). Ahmed is a Director of Private Equity at EFG Hermes. He joined the firm in 2005, and has been primarily focusing on the manufacturing, financial services, utilities, and food sectors.Ahmed has worked on the evaluation, transaction execution, and implementation of post-acquisition strategies for several EFG Hermes Private Equity Funds with total investments in excess of USD 210 Million, and exits of USD 200 Million. Ahmed holds a B.A. in Economics from the American University in Cairo.
