Oliver Ashmore has over a decade of experience in the culinary field, currently serving as a Sous Chef at Wadworth & Co Ltd since May 2013 and has been a chef at Mitchells & Butlers since September 2011. Oliver holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from The Open University, completed between 2001 and 2007, and also possesses a City and Guilds qualification in Restaurant, Culinary, and Catering Management from Christchurch College of Education, earned in 1991-1992.
