Lisa King

Lisa King started their career in banking at Puget Sound Bank before moving on to KeyBank, where Lisa held various roles including AVP & Assistant Manager and VP & Area Retail Leader. Lisa then joined Washington Federal as SVP & Division Manager before transitioning to WaFd Bank, where Lisa currently serves as SVP & Chief People Officer. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated strong leadership and management skills, overseeing multiple branches and leading various aspects of employee relations and operations. Lisa holds a Certification from the Pacific Coast Banking School and has completed education at the University of Washington and Green River College.
