Stephen Hinnerichs is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and permitting, currently serving as the Director of Permitting at Waffle House, Inc. since April 2021, following roles as Senior Permit Project Manager and Permitting Project Manager. Prior to Waffle House, Stephen worked at Sunpro Solar Energy Specialists as Project Coordinator-Permit Coordinator, focusing on securing permits for solar and reroof projects in the southeast region. Stephen's background also includes a dual role at Randstad as Project Manager/Office Services Coordinator, managing construction processes and budgeting for various projects, as well as a significant tenure at Affiliated Computer Services in multiple capacities, including System Technician and Purchasing Manager. Stephen holds an Associate's degree in Business from Georgia State University Perimeter College and a high school diploma from Norcross High School.
