Steven Byrnes

Steven Byrnes has held a variety of roles in the technology industry since 1990. Steven began their career as a Student Consultant at Rice University in 1990. Steven then moved on to DataSystems Group, Inc. in 1992 as a Programmer/Analyst. In 1995, they joined Bluware, Inc. as a Senior Consultant. In 2000, they became the Owner of Flatland Technologies LLC. From 2006 to 2021, they were an Executive Director at Instinet, LLC, where they enhanced, maintained, developed, and supported a variety of systems used in the front office. Currently, they are the VP of Engineering at Waffle.

Steven Byrnes attended Rice University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science.
