Noble Carpenter

Noble Carpenter's work experience includes roles at Wafra, Cushman & Wakefield, and Citi. Noble is currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate Acquisitions at Wafra since January 2022. Prior to that, they were a Senior Associate in the same department from October 2020 to February 2022. At Cushman & Wakefield, Noble worked as a Director from March 2020 to October 2020 and as an Associate from March 2017 to October 2020. Noble began their professional career at Citi as an Associate in Capital Markets Origination from June 2014 to March 2017 and also worked as a Summer Analyst in Debt Capital Markets from June 2013 to August 2013.

Noble Carpenter obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Economy from Georgetown University, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications including a license as a Real Estate Salesperson in NY in April 2017 and the Series 63, 7, and 79 certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in August 2014.
