Dragana Mijalkovic

Dragana Mijalkovic has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2006, they worked as an IAESTE trainee at the University of Malta. Dragana then joined Accordia Group LLC in 2006 as a Lead UI/UX Designer, where they designed rich internet applications and handled company branding and marketing. In 2009, they joined Cake Solutions Limited as an iOS Developer and later became a Senior Java Developer, responsible for designing and building an online learning system and maintaining company websites. In 2013, they worked as a Senior UI/UX Designer at InstaGrok, contributing to the design of an innovative search tool and marketing website. Dragana also played a key role at Planese - Remodel with Confidence! as a Founding Team Member and Senior Product Designer, working on the development of a mobile application for home remodeling and designing various marketing materials. Moving on, they served as a Product Designer at Altiscale, where they played a crucial role in the full design cycle of the Altiscale Data Cloud platform. From 2016 to 2018, Dragana served as a UI/UX Designer at Cloudera. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Design at Wag Labs Inc., where they are responsible for overseeing design operations.

Dragana Mijalkovic holds a Master of Science degree in Software Engineering from the University of Niš. In addition, they have obtained certifications in various fields, including UX Foundations: Research from Lynda.com in 2018, Design Thinking Action Lab from Stanford University online course in 2013, and Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 6 Programmer from Oracle in 2011. Dragana also completed The Complete iOS 7 Course - Learn by Building 14 Apps on Udemy, though the year of completion is not specified.
