Anna Mendez has extensive experience in operations management within the food service industry. Currently serving as Head of Kaizen Ops at wagamama since August 2017, Anna previously held the position of Delivery Operations Manager. Prior to joining wagamama, Anna worked as Area Manager at Firezza Pizza Ltd from May 2016 to May 2017, and as Delivered Project Manager at Pizza Express Delivered from March 2015 to May 2016. Anna's career at PizzaExpress spanned from March 1999 to May 2016, culminating in the role of Restaurant General Manager, with a brief period as Holding Area Manager in the Exceptions Area from March 2014 to February 2015.
