Andreas Richard

Andreas Richard began their career in 2006 as a Radio Announcer for MNC Radio Networks. In 2008, they moved to CIMB Niaga as a Contact Center Officer 14041. In 2010, they joined PT Bank Panin Tbk as a SPV Maintenance and Reconsiliation Credit Card & Personal Loan (Operation CCPL). From 2012 to 2014, they worked as a SPV Operation & Colllection Improvement for Suzuki Finance Indonesia. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Collection Assistant Manager (Customer Repayment Service) for Home Credit Indonesia. From 2017 to 2019, they worked as a Credit Operation Collection Manager for PT Indonesia Fintopia Technology. In 2021, they became the Head Of Collections for Collectius, and in 2022, they became the Head of Collections for Wagely.

Andreas Richard received a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Universitas Sam Ratulangi between 2002 and 2006. In September 2021, they obtained the certification "Untuk Indonesia Makin Cakap Digital" from Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika. In September 2019, they obtained the certification "Supervisory Collection" from (AFPI) Asosiasi FinTech Pendanaan Bersama Indonesia.
