Navid Sarwar has over 10 years of work experience in various roles. In 2011, they co-founded Overture T-shirts and in 2012, they joined Interfab Shirt Manufacturing Ltd., Viyellatexgroup as a Management Trainee and Team Leader (Marks & Spencer), Sales & Distribution. In the same year, they also served as a Strategic Planning Intern at Mattra Advertising Ltd. In 2015, they co-founded rastaR Obosta and was a Category Brand Manager - Brands, Media Buying & Digital Marketing and Brand Manager - Brands, Customer Service & Digital Marketing at Berger Paints Bangladesh Limited. In 2018, they became an MBA Candidate at IE Business School. In 2020, they were a Project Consultant and Digital Strategist and a Head of Shops at foodpanda. Currently, they are the Head of Operations at wagely, a first financial wellness platform in Bangladesh with access to earned wages, aiming to reduce turnover, increase business savings and build employee financial health.

Navid Sarwar has an education history that includes a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the Institute of Business Administration, University of Dhaka from 2008 to 2012, with a focus on Marketing & Finance.
