Sandriani Azizi, CHRP has worked in the Human Resources field since 2011. In 2011, they began their career as an HR Operation Officer and HR & GA Officer at PT. ABC President Indonesia. Sandriani then moved to PT Alliance Cosmetics in 2014, where they worked as an HR & GA Supervisor. In 2017, they joined Esthetics International Group as a Senior HR&GA Executive. In 2019, they began working at Pintek | Jawaban Aspirasi Pendidikan as an HR Operation and Business Partner Manager. Currently, they are employed at Wagely as an HR Operations Lead. During their career, they have been responsible for leading business as usual people operations activities, monitoring internal HR systems and databases, designing and implementing company policies, acting as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures, monitoring the onboarding journey, addressing employee queries, developing HR strategies, policies, and practices, improving and monitoring employee productivity, structuring compensation and benefits packages, managing and administering the recruitment and selection process, handling HR administration matters, supervising and monitoring receptionists, drivers, office girl, and office boy, and more.

Sandriani Azizi, CHRP has an education history that spans from 1990 to 2021. Sandriani obtained their High School Diploma from Taruna Bakti in 2002 and then went on to earn a Bachelor in Linguistique of French from Universitas Padjadjaran in 2009. In 2010, they completed a France Language Course from Centrum voor Lavende Talen C.V.O. Sandriani has also obtained several certifications, including Basic Human Resource Professional from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2021, Certified Human Resources Professional from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia in 2021, General Affair Management from Synergi Training Management Company Individual in 2011, Personal Administration Development Program from Value Consult in 2011, and Certified Delf A1-A2-B1 from Institut Français Indonesia in 2007.
