Alex Firth

Alex Firth is the current Vice President, Global Head of Legal at Wagestream. Previously, they served as the Vice President, Associate General Counsel - Europe at Vericast from December 2018 to October 2020. Prior to that, Alex was with RetailMeNot, Inc. from December 2013 to December 2020 where they served as the Vice President, Legal, Europe & Data Protection Officer. During their time with RetailMeNot, Inc., Alex relocated to and worked out of the Amsterdam office from December 2014 to July 2017. Prior to RetailMeNot, Inc., Alex worked as the UK Legal Director at Williams Lea from January 2006 to December 2013. Alex began their career as a Solicitor at Bracher Rawlins from September 2002 to January 2006 and prior to that they were a Trainee Solicitor at Fenners from September 2000 to September 2002.

Alex Firth's educational career began at the College of Law, where they achieved Distinction in both the CPE and LPC. Alex then went on to study Combined Studies at The University of Manchester, specialising in politics and literature. Finally, they completed a Certification from the IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in CIPP/E.
