Gail Wynn

Gail Wynn, MBA has a strong background in operations and project management, with a focus on COBRA operations and client services. Gail Wynn, began their career at ADP in 1997 as a Supervisor, Data Services, and later became a Tier II Research Manager. In 2000, they joined WageWorks as a COBRA / FSA Ops Support Team Lead, where they managed production-related issues on an international scale. In this role, they implemented new controls and processes to improve quality and efficiency, facilitated training programs, and supported various projects, including a data center migration and the relocation of a mail center. Gail returned to ADP in 2003 as a Project Manager, leading international teams and overseeing annual enrollment processes. Throughout their career, they have consistently achieved goals, received awards for exceptional service, and built positive relationships with clients and colleagues.

Gail Wynn, MBA obtained a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Strayer University in 2009. Gail Wynn, also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Reinhardt University, which was obtained in 2008. Additionally, they have a Certificate in Project Management from Georgia State University Perimeter College.
