Mark L. Martin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mark L. started their career at the National Legal Resource Center as a Project Manager from 1994 to 1998. Mark L. then joined MedLink ITI Inc. as the Director of Marketing & Business Development from 1998 to 2000.

In 2000, Mark joined Waggener Edstrom, where they held various roles including Vice President, Sr. Vice President, and Executive Vice President. During their time at Waggener Edstrom, they led teams responsible for integrated communications campaigns for Microsoft's Windows and OEM partners. Mark L. also played a key role in driving thought leadership and competitive communications efforts. Mark worked at Waggener Edstrom until 2015.

After leaving Waggener Edstrom, Mark joined WE Communications as the Executive Vice President for the Technology Sector. Mark L. worked with clients such as Honeywell and F5, leading business-building and bottom-line impacting communications. Mark remains with WE Communications presently.

In 2018, Mark became an Advisor to the Board at Verdigris Holdings, Inc.

Most recently, in 2023, Mark joined Cenerus as a Principal, specializing in turnaround and restructuring business services. Mark L. combines financial risk innovation with restructuring/bankruptcy expertise to protect the value of businesses facing challenging economic conditions.

Mark L. Martin has accumulated extensive experience and expertise throughout their career, making him a valuable asset in the technology, marketing, and business development sectors.

Mark L. Martin completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Economics, Politics, Rhetoric & Media Studies at Willamette University. Subsequently, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing and Management at The Wharton School, which they completed between 2006 and 2008.
