Rhian Rotz

Rhian Rotz, ACC, currently serves as Vice President of Employee Engagement and Development at We. Communications, leading initiatives in culture and organizational development, and fostering learning and leadership alignment with business goals. With extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion strategies, Rhian has held various roles within the company, including Senior Director of Employee Engagement and Director of Corporate Citizenship. Rhian is also the Founder and Principal of Oaks Impact LLC, dedicated to cultivating sustainable cultures within organizations. Additionally, Rhian contributes as a SheEO Activator, supporting women-led ventures aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Rhian's educational background includes an MSc in Public Relations from the University of Stirling and a BSc in Business Management and German from Royal Holloway, University of London.
