Glenna Gauthier

Glenna Gauthier has extensive experience in project management and disaster recovery, currently serving in a project management role at Waggoner Engineering since November 2017. Previously, Gauthier worked as a Disaster Recovery Specialist with the Governor's Office of Homeland Security, providing guidance on federally funded public assistance grants. Prior roles include serving as a Resolution Representative at the Garretson Resolution Group, a Mitigation Analyst Assistant with the Office of Community Development, a Recertification Supervisor with the Department of Homeland Security, and a position with FEMA's Individual Assistance program. Gauthier holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge, earned between 1999 and 2004.
