Dr. Tarshia Stanley

Dr. Tarshia Stanley has a diverse work experience in academia. Dr. Tarshia held roles at Spelman College as Director of the Honors Program and Associate Professor, Chairperson, and Associate Professor. Later, they served as Dean of Humanities, Arts and Sciences at St. Catherine University. Currently, they hold the position of Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs at Wagner College. Additionally, they have worked as a consultant at Aechelon Educational Consulting.

Dr. Tarshia Stanley holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in English: Literature/Film from the University of Florida. Dr. Tarshia also completed their A.B. in English Language and Literature/Letters at Duke University. Prior to their undergraduate studies, they obtained a High School Diploma from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics.
