Elizabeth Speck

Elizabeth Speck, PhD, LCAT, RDT-BCT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social justice education and training. As the Principal of MindOpen Learning Strategies since May 2017, Elizabeth has been instrumental in creating transformative learning experiences for individuals and organizations. Elizabeth serves as an Adjunct Professor at Wagner College, teaching Introduction to Social Policy, and has held various roles, including Social Innovation Fellow at StartingBloc and consultant for Youth WINS. With a strong background in civic engagement and significant experience in leadership positions, including Chief Learning Officer at the Workforce Professionals Training Institute and Senior Training Director at Safe Horizon, Elizabeth emphasizes professional development and career support for aspiring change agents.
