Kate Boyle is a Partner and Associate Lawyer at Wagners since September 2016, bringing significant legal experience to the role. Prior to this, Kate served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honourable Justice Manson at the Federal Court of Canada from August 2015 to August 2016. Earlier legal experiences include being a Research Assistant at Dalhousie University, a Student Clerk at the Nova Scotia Court of Appeal, and a Summer Student at Stewart McKelvey. Kate Boyle holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from Dalhousie University - Schulich School of Law, obtained in 2015, and a Bachelor's Degree in Science with a double major in Psychology and Spanish from Dalhousie University, earned in 2010. Additionally, Kate attended Mount Allison University for one year, where a Bachelor's Degree in Science was pursued.
