Dr. Jürgen Engelage

JoNataye Prather, PhD, MSW, PSM-I, is an accomplished project manager and education consultant with extensive experience in academic and professional settings. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Business Consultant at Nationwide since September 2022, JoNataye has also been an Education Consultant with The Shaw Group, LLC since January 2013. Previous roles include Senior Project Manager at Union Institute & University, Contributing Professor at Walden University, and Project Manager and Assistant Professor at both Tarleton State University and Ohio Dominican University. Earlier career experiences include positions as a Graduate Research Assistant and MSW Social Work Field Liaison at The Ohio State University, as well as School Social Worker roles in Columbus City Schools and Reynoldsburg City School District. JoNataye's academic credentials encompass a Doctor of Philosophy in Social Work, a Master's degree in Social Work, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and African & African-American Studies, all from The Ohio State University.
