Vincenzo Izzo has a diverse range of work experience in the IT industry. Vincenzo has worked as a Global Information Technology Lead at Wahed since 2022. Prior to that, they were an IT Service Engineer at Content+Cloud from 2020 to 2022, where they provided technical support to clients and handled incidents and requests using various technologies. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as a 2nd/3rd Line Service Desk Engineer/Lead at Perkbox, providing technical support to users in multiple office locations. Vincenzo also worked as an IT Field Support Engineer and Senior Apple Support Engineer at Unisys and UTL respectively, where they provided technical support within Windows and Apple environments. In addition, they have experience as an IT Support Apple Engineer at Amsys Ltd and Informatica Commerciale Spa. Vincenzo began their career as an IT Junior Support Engineer at Aesse Informatica Srl.

Vincenzo Izzo obtained a High Diploma in Electronic and Computer Science from the Industrial Technology Institute - Stanislao Cannizzaro in Catania, Italy, from 2002 to 2007. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained several certifications including Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, MD-100 Windows 10, CompTIA A+ 901/902, ACMT - Apple Certified Macintosh Technician, ACiT - Apple Certified iOS Technician, and Apple Service Fundamentals.
