Mhrm Leilani Khlopin

Leilani Khlopin, MHRM, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Leilani is currently the Director of Human Resources at Waialae Country Club since January 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Altres as a SimplicityHR Human Resources Specialist from September 2017 to December 2021. Leilani also gained experience at HMSA, where they served as a Human Resources Benefits Operations Specialist from January 2016 to September 2017, and as a Human Resources Support Specialist from November 2013 to January 2016. Leilani started their career as an Administrative Assistant at Arcadia Family of Companies from July 2012 to October 2013. Leilani also had seasonal roles at HMSA, including a Medical Management Assistant position in 2011 and a Human Resources Assistant position in 2010.

Leilani Khlopin, MHRM, PHR completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Sarah Lawrence College from 2008 to 2012. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Human Resource Management (MHRM) from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, which they completed between 2016 and 2017. To enhance their professional credentials, Leilani obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI in November 2020.
