Paul Fletcher

Paul Fletcher is currently the Head of Strategic Land at Wain Homes since July 2022. Before that, they worked as a Land Acquisition Manager at Beechcroft Land Limited from August 2018 to July 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Land Manager at Bellway Homes from June 2017 to July 2018. From November 2015 to May 2017, they worked as a Land Manager at McCarthy & Stone. Paul Fletcher started their career as a Facilities Manager at The MSS Group from March 2011 to November 2015, and then worked as a Facilities Contracts Manager at Groom Property Maintenance Ltd from August 2009 to February 2011.

Paul Fletcher attended the University of Portsmouth from 1988 to 1991, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Land and Estate Management.
