Tom Williams

Tom Williams is a seasoned commercial manager with extensive experience in quantity surveying, currently working at Wain Homes since April 2017. With prior roles as a Senior Quantity Surveyor and Quantity Surveyor at the same company, Tom has successfully managed multiple residential developments, focusing on maximizing profits and minimizing non-productive costs. Previously, Tom served as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Barratt Developments plc and held the position of Graduate Quantity Surveyor at Stewart Milne Group, where responsibilities included overseeing developments with significant gross development values. Starting a career at Wates Group as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor, Tom gained foundational experience in providing commercial support to project teams.
