Wesley Rodgers

Wesley Rodgers has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, currently serving as the Director of Field Operations and Project Manager Team Lead at Waites since October 2021. Prior to this role, Wesley held various management positions at The Standard At The Smith House from November 2015 to May 2020, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager. Wesley's experience also includes bartending at Marriott International and The Peabody Memphis, along with roles in sales, personal training at Gold's Gym, and as a Food and Beverage Attendant at Pinnacle People Australia. Wesley's career began in bartending at Hillstone Restaurant Group from September 2008 to November 2010. Wesley studied at The University of Memphis from 2006 to 2008.
