Matthew Middleton

Matthew Middleton is an experienced professional in the transport and logistics sector, currently serving as the Head of Transport at Waitrose & Partners since September 2025. Prior to this role, Matthew held several key positions, including Account Director at XPO Logistics Europe from April 2021 to September 2025, and General Manager at Eddie Stobart from July 2018 to April 2021. Matthew also worked as the Group Network Development Manager at EV Cargo and as the National Scheduling & Distribution Manager at Arla Foods amba. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography obtained from the University of Plymouth between January 2003 and January 2006.
