Andrew Tam

Andrew Tam serves as the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Wajax Corporation, a position held since October 2011. Prior to this role, Andrew was a Senior Associate specializing in Capital Markets, Mining, and Business Law at Lang Michener LLP/McMillan LLP from June 2008 until the merger in 2011. Andrew's earlier experience includes a tenure as an Associate and Senior Associate focusing on Securities, Corporate, and Intellectual Property Law at WeirFoulds LLP from June 1999 to June 2008. Andrew's educational background includes the Executive Development Program from The Wharton School, Leadership at the Peak from the Center for Creative Leadership, and coursework at Western University and King’s University College, as well as completion of the Canadian Securities Course from the Canadian Securities Institute.
