A.j. Montoya

A.J. (Tony) Montoya is a seasoned professional with extensive experience across multiple industries, including aviation, education, and real estate. As the founder and Chief Executive Officer of AerialAge, Inc., established in 2015, Montoya is dedicated to advancing the adoption of vertical flight systems and is actively involved in the Urban Air Mobility industry. In addition to this role, Montoya serves as the Identity and Access Management Administrator for the Wake County Public School System, overseeing critical platform migrations and providing support for a large school district. As President of nViable, Inc., a temporary staffing agency, and Broker/Owner of CabinQuest, Inc., a boutique real estate firm specializing in second homes, Montoya combines technology and personal passion in business ventures. Prior to these roles, Montoya held significant positions at Nantahala Outdoor Center, including Chief Information Officer, as well as positions at Tesseract Education & Consulting, IBM, UPS, and served in the United States Marine Corps.
