Nancy Phan

Nancy Phan is an experienced Employee Relations Analyst currently working for Wake County since February 2016. In this role, Nancy provides guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring compliance with county policies, general statutes, and state and federal laws. Previously, Nancy served as an Employee Relations Consultant for Wake County, as well as an Employee Relations Specialist at Virginia Tech, where guidance was provided on various employee issues. Prior positions include Employee & Management Relations Consultant at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, Human Resources Assistant at Apollo Professional Solutions, and Employee Relations Specialist I at Foxwoods Resort Casino. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Eastern Connecticut State University.
