Rebecca Kaufman

Rebecca Kaufman is an experienced public health professional currently serving as Health Director and Public Health Division Director at Wake County since October 2021. Previously, Rebecca held the position of Public Health Director at Broome County Government from January 2017 to September 2021, and prior to that, worked as Deputy Public Health Director and Public Health Educator in Tioga County, New York, from May 2011 to December 2016. Rebecca obtained a Master of Science in Community Health from the State University of New York Cortland in 2010 and a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from the same university in 2008.
