Rebecca Pezzoni

Rebecca Pezzoni, MBA, CRM, currently serves as the Enterprise Records Manager for Wake County, overseeing the development and implementation of a comprehensive records management program to ensure compliance with retention requirements. Additionally, Rebecca is the Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder of Funtastic Menagerie, and previously held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Carolina Coastal Critters. As a former Chapter President and Secretary of the ARMA Triangle Chapter, Rebecca has contributed significantly to the organization's governance. Rebecca's extensive experience includes a significant tenure at GSK, managing records transitions and leading retention initiatives, as well as various operational roles at Nortel Networks, where responsibilities spanned customer experience enhancements to strategic leadership alignment. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Master of Business Administration from Meredith College.
