Arin Dunn

Arin Dunn currently serves as the Sr. Associate Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Development, Administration, and Chief DEI Officer at Wake Forest University, beginning in July 2022. In this role, Arin oversees comprehensive student-athlete development, Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) initiatives, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives while also functioning as a sport administrator. Prior to this position, Arin worked at The University of Texas at Austin as the Assistant Athletics Director for Student-Athlete Development, focusing on holistic student-athlete growth through transformational programming. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Student-Athlete Development and DEI at K-State Athletics and as an Academic Counselor for Football at Colorado State University. Arin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies with a Business Administration minor from Colorado State University and a Master’s of Science in Sport Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
