Bethany Fay

Bethany Fay, MSL, PHR, GBA, SHRM-CP, Notary Public, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and benefits management. Currently serving as President of LXPA INC, a female-owned business partnered with the North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles, Bethany has also held multiple leadership roles at Wake Forest University since May 2008, including Senior Human Resources Consultant and various positions in total rewards and compensation. Previous experience includes roles as a Senior Benefits Analyst at Daymon Worldwide and as a Human Resource Associate at DKR Associates, along with an early career as a Recruiting Coordinator at Bridgewater Associates and as a Vendor Management Intern at Fidelity Investments. Bethany holds a Master of Studies in Law with a focus on Human Resources from Wake Forest University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Sciences from the University of Connecticut.
