Greg Collins has extensive experience in client services and technology support, currently serving as the Associate Director of Client Services at Wake Forest University since 2013. Previous roles at the university include Assistant Director of Client Services and Client Engagement Specialist Senior. Prior to that, Greg worked as a Technology Facilitator for Winston-Salem/Forsyth County Schools, managing technology initiatives at Jefferson and Wiley Middle Schools. Other professional experiences include General Manager at Cold Stone Creamery, Relationship Banker I at BB&T, and Assistant Manager at Salt Shaker Bookstore & Cafe. Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Management Information Systems from East Carolina University and has a high school diploma from John T. Hoggard High School.
