Kathleen Stimely

Kathleen Stimely serves as the Director of Program Administration for the Program for Leadership and Character at Wake Forest University since September 2010, where responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies for major initiatives and creating sustainable financial plans for a portfolio of $55 million in grants, endowments, and donor funds. Previously, Kathleen held the position of Assistant Director of Finance and Operations within the same program, managing business operations and finance for a grant portfolio totaling up to $30 million. Kathleen's prior experience includes roles as Program Manager for various projects at North Carolina A&T State University and Executive Assistant to the Vice Chancellor of HR at RJ Reynolds. Kathleen holds a Master of Character Education from the University of Birmingham, an MHR in Human Resources from the University of South Carolina, and a B.S. in Psychology from Francis Marion University.
