Niles Fleet

Niles Fleet is an experienced athletic professional currently serving as the Associate Athletic Director, Head Athletic Trainer, and Division I Sports PT Fellowship Director at Wake Forest University since July 2014. Responsibilities include overseeing rehabilitation for all Wake Forest student-athletes and providing athletic training coverage. Prior experience includes a fellowship at Duke University focusing on the management of NCAA Division I athletes, where Niles evaluated and treated athletes, collaborated with medical professionals, and participated in sports medicine conferences. Niles has also completed a sports medicine physical therapy residency with Duke University Health System and worked as a certified athletic trainer at University Hospital and Walton High School, along with clinical rotations in physical therapy. Niles holds a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the Medical College of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from the University of Georgia.
