Jeronica Goodwin is the SVP, Human Resources & CPO at WakeMed Health & Hospitals. Jeronica has over 25 years of experience in human resources and has held leadership positions at Howard University Hospital and The Dimock Center. Jeronica is a strategic leader who is passionate about developing policies and programs that improve the lives of employees. Jeronica is known for their ability to create a positive culture change within an organization and their dedication to providing excellent customer service.

Jeronica Goodwin's educational career includes an Executive MBA from Howard University School of Business, a Doctor of Health Administration from Central Michigan University, a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Central Michigan University, a B.S. in Business Administration from Saint Augustine’s University, and a Fellowship for US Department of Commerce (MBDA) from The Washington Center for Internships and Academic Seminars. Jeronica also has a High School Diploma from Stanton College Preparatory School.
