Larissa Hill

Larissa Hill is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in healthcare management, currently serving as the Executive Director of Neurosciences at WakeMed since June 2018. In this role, Larissa provides strategic leadership in creating a Brain & Spine Center of Excellence, enhancing patient care across various clinical areas. Prior to this, Larissa held positions at Universal Consulting Services as a Project Manager and Administrative Fellow, where responsibilities included managing teams and supporting executive services for the Department of Defense. Larissa's earlier career includes a Management Consultant role at Booz Allen Hamilton, marketing internship at ISP Sport & Marketing, and administrative positions within the Department of Defense. Educationally, Larissa holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Management from The Johns Hopkins University, a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Virginia, and a BS in Entrepreneur Management with a focus on Marketing Management and Global Business from Virginia Tech.
