Nicholas Barnes

Nicholas Barnes is an experienced engineer with a solid background in structural engineering. Currently employed at Waldeck since October 2016, Nicholas has progressed from Assistant Engineer to Engineer, undertaking responsibilities that include the management, design, and visualization of commercial and residential property schemes in accordance with relevant codes of practice, design standards, and current regulations. Prior to this role, Nicholas worked at Morgan Tucker from August 2012 to October 2016 as a Structural Engineer and Graduate Engineer, where duties encompassed the design of structural elements to British Standards and Eurocodes using Finite Element Analysis software and hand calculations. Nicholas holds a Master’s Degree in Structural Engineering from Nottingham Trent University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Leeds Beckett University.
