Dario Lupo has an extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Dario started their career in 2008 with a training role at Ospedale Oftalmico di Torino, ASL1, where they worked on their bachelor thesis on the material and problems in clinical surgical repair of retinal detachment. Dario then moved on to Technische Universität München in 2010 as an exchange student at Lehrstuhl für Ergonomie, where they developed a testing methodology for the evaluation of vehicle seating discomfort for their master thesis.

In 2011, Dario joined Lima Corporate as an International Product Manager, a role they held until 2014. During their time at Lima Corporate, they gained experience in product management and international operations.

Since 2014, Dario has been working at Waldemar Link GmbH & Co. KG, where they have held various roles. Dario started as a Global Product Manager for Knee, responsible for managing knee products on a global scale. Later, they were promoted to Group Head Of Knee - Global Product Management / Marketing, where they oversaw the entire knee product line and led the marketing efforts. Currently, they serve as the Head of Marketing at the company.
