Dan Miller is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in qui tam litigation and white-collar crime prosecution. Currently, Dan serves as a Partner at Walden Macht & Haran LLP, where Dan chairs the Qui Tam Practice Group since January 2020. Prior to this role, Dan was Chairman of The Qui Tam Law Group for a brief period and co-chaired the Qui Tam Practice Group as a Partner/Shareholder at Berger Montague from 2010 to 2019. Dan's legal career began at the Delaware Department of Justice, where Dan served as Deputy Attorney General, focusing on large-scale white-collar crime and civil liability from 1994 to 2010. Dan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
