Daniel Chirlin is a partner and senior counsel at Walden Macht & Haran LLP, where Daniel specializes in white-collar criminal defense litigation. With extensive experience in business crimes and investigations, Daniel handles a variety of matters, including violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, insider trading, anti-money laundering, criminal antitrust, sanctions, financial fraud, and market manipulation. Prior to joining Walden Macht & Haran LLP in May 2017, Daniel served as an associate at Ropes & Gray LLP and Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Daniel holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Political Science from Cornell University.
