Daniella Viloria

Daniella Viloria has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Daniella is currently the Chief Business Officer at Waldencast since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Shiseido Group UK & Ireland as the General Manager for bareMinerals and Buxom UKI from November 2017 to March 2021.

Before joining Shiseido, Daniella had a long stint at L'Oréal. Their roles at L'Oréal include General Manager for Market and Business Development Professional Division from February 2016 to November 2017, General Manager for Urban Decay UK & Ireland from January 2015 to March 2016, Retail and Marketing Director for Clarisonic and Biotherm, UK & Eire from November 2013 to December 2014, Marketing Director for Yves Saint Laurent Beaute from September 2011 to October 2013, Marketing Director for Lancome UK from January 2011 to September 2011, Marketing Director for Yves Saint Laurent Beaute UKI from May 2010 to January 2011, and Marketing Manager for Prestige & Collections from July 2008 to April 2010.

Prior to their tenure at L'Oréal, Daniella worked at P&G as a Marketing Manager for Prestige Beaute from January 2004 to May 2008. Daniella also has experience working at McKinsey as an Associate from June 2000 to September 2001 and at Santander Investment as a Corporate Finance, M&A Analyst from 1996 to 1998.

Daniella Viloria completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Metropolitana in Venezuela. Following this, they then pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Columbia Business School, which they completed between the years 1998 and 2000.
