Jean-Pierre Dubray is a seasoned Executive Chef with extensive experience in high-end culinary management. Since December 2020, Jean-Pierre has led the culinary team at Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club, focusing on mentorship and guest satisfaction. Prior to this role, Jean-Pierre managed $60M in food and beverage revenue at Pelican Hill Resort from March 2008 to August 2020, overseeing a team of 105 culinarians and multiple dining establishments. Jean-Pierre also held significant positions at Ritz Carlton San Francisco, managing large-scale banquet services and in-room dining for 5-star, 5-diamond hotels for nearly 18 years. Additionally, Jean-Pierre opened 17 hotels worldwide as a trainer for The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, demonstrating a commitment to culinary excellence on a global scale. Education was completed at Collège de France from 1973 to 1976, culminating in a BEPC degree.
